Mexican Guisos

Chile verde (pork carnitas), steak (rojo) rice, beans and tortillas.

Steak cooked with onions, tomatoes, jalapeño and cilantro. Served with rice and beans, avocado slices and tortillas.

Four handmade thick corn tortillas with a pinched-up rim, topped with special home sauce, shredded cheese, grilled onions. Served with slice of skirt steak.
